The time was ripe to change out a dated 1980’s kitchen and make new in the vision of this wonderful client. English country styling was the theme, one that would seem old worldly and attempt to meld the inside with the exterior.

Porcelain floor tiles that have a rustic form factor, were laid in a pattern evocative old world street paving. When the large patio doors are opened, one’s eye flows from this floor surface directly out to the wooden deck and the outside is drawn in.

Artisan made, cast metal shelf brackets, along with matching patina wall sconces, add detailing and visual interest to the theme
